BESTLAND only refunds money if the item has a manufacturing defect. If this is the case, you should send us an email outlining the issue and please include photos so that the situation can be assessed immediately.

If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, BESTLAND will send another identical item free of charge. If you prefer, we will refund the full value of the item.

We are not responsible for the misuse of items, nor for their incorrect washing. We suggest that you always consult the WASHING INSTRUCTIONS.

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet gone into production or been shipped. Please contact us by email to check the status of your order.

During promotional periods, we do not cancel orders.
