General Conditions of Bestland
These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the store {store name}, a legal entity with VAT number 225027135, located at 43 Dr. José Baptista de Sousa Street, 1st Floor, in Lisbon (hereinafter "Bestland"), shall be governed.
The service provided by Bestland consists of making available and supplying a range of products and/or services, enabling the user, designated as a customer, to order and purchase products presented online.
By using Bestland, you imply full acceptance and agreement to all parameters outlined in the described Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of accessing Bestland.
If you do not accept, either partially or entirely, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases on Bestland. By accessing Bestland, you commit and hold yourself responsible for adhering to the conditions outlined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
Bestland reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.
Product and Price Information
Bestland informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images, or videos of each product and/or service on each provided page. Bestland commits to providing its products and/or services clearly and correcting any errors that may occur as promptly as possible.
Bestland succinctly presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order, and other additional costs that may apply.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated and changed by Bestland at any time.
Intellectual Property
Bestland is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of Bestland.
The content, domain, information present and made available on Bestland are the property of {company name} or have been granted to it, thus being protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying, or disclosure of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to prior approval by Bestland.
The customer agrees to fully respect the mentioned conditions and rights, as well as refrain from acts that may violate the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc., without express approval from Bestland. {store name} cannot be held responsible for the improper use of such products.
Payment Methods

After payment is completed, Bestland will proceed with a standard verification to process and dispatch the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order is paid, along with the corresponding invoice.
Purchase Conditions at Bestland:
Product Availability
All products and/or services available at Bestland can be purchased unless there is a stock shortage or limitation, as well as for custom-ordered products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in such circumstances, they will be duly identified on Bestland.
If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, Bestland undertakes to contact the customer, either by phone or email, as soon as possible to expedite the process.
Fees and Taxes
At Bestland, prices are in Euros, and the applicable VAT and taxes according to the law in force are included in the displayed price.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order while it is in processing. It is requested to inform {store name} through the following email contact: geral@bestland.pt.
If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will proceed for delivery, and the customer can choose to refuse acceptance. Bestland is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.
Bestland reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, or misconduct by the customer, as well as due to technical issues beyond Bestland's control.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of contract conclusion.
If the customer wishes to withdraw, it can be done by emailing geral@bestland.pt or by filling out the contact form available on Bestland.
When withdrawing from the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any accompanying gifts for the main product. Bestland will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned order, accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment, and the return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and the customer will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
Complaints
Customers can submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information, or service provided by Bestland through the email contact {insert store email contact} or through the electronic Complaints Book available at the link: Complaints Book.
Disclaimer Notice
By creating and using an account on Bestland, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality, and all activity arising from the account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.
Bestland is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other issues preventing access and proper functioning of the online store. Bestland is not responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use or inability to use the products and/or services offered, as well as for any delays or unforeseen circumstances in order deliveries.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Bestland mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Bestland (“Bestland”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Bestland’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bestland through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Bestland. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Bestland or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Bestland mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
